My name is Mirza and I am working as mechanical engineer in your company. I am writing to you to assist in renovation of school buildings in company compound.
As you are aware by records that I have applied for 30 days annual leave starting 10-02-2020 and I want to utilize these vacation by helping company in building a school. Being a mechanical engineer, I can prepare design drawings for HVAC, firefighting, and plumbing. In addition, I will supervise installation of all mechanical services inside building.
