Dear Mr.Geroges,
As you are aware, at the beginning of each year we submit our achieved objectives that are done during the past year. That is why I am forwarding this email, to provide you with the tasks that are achieved, what could be done to improve our department and what kind of training we shall do.
Firstly, during the whole year I worked on planning a new network infrastructure for the office and we mostly finished it, with some exceptions, then a new software was installed on all users’ workstations, that facilitate their work, by sharing big size folders in between locally. However, a biometric attendance machine was implemented, where all the employees are obliged to punch int and out daily, to record their attendance to the company.
Moreover, in the upcoming years I was thinking if we could expend our system by moving all our data from local servers into the cloud, where we need to purchase new licenses for Microsoft for each staff. Addition to that we are working to continue the setup of the network infrastructure by installing fiber optic cables between the floors.
Furthermore, as you know our department is getting bigger in number of employees and work. We request in our upcoming budget, new trainings for the staff since as you know technology is up to date daily and request a follow up.
