I am writing this letter to submit my request for the part-time volunteer as tour guide in your history museum this summer.
My name is San Zhang, majoring in history in XX normal university. As requried by my tutor, I need to do social work in my hometown for free during my vacation. Besides, I have been in favor of Chinese history since my childhood, which is a main reason why I continued to study in this field now. Every semester, the history group I established in my campus would organize an conference to invite both students and professors to give speehes about their historical research. We would like more people to know the stories of our ancestors.
