Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing in connection with your requirement for a person willing to work part-time without pay at your museum. I am interested in working at this position and would like to apply for the voluntary work.
I have been looking for some voluntary work since past 2 weeks as I have some time-off from my university lectures. Being able to help people without any monetary benefits has always been my interest since childhood. Therefore, I would be more than happy to extent some support towards the museum.
Prior to this, I have worked at a library wherein I had managed several tasks single-handedly. During my work tenure, I have attended many visitor queries, on call and in-person, and also provided administration support in various day-to-day activities.
I look forward to begin working with the museum to the earliest and would be available to work anytime between 1pm to 6pm Monday-Friday. I hope you consider my request and give me an opportunity to work at the museum.
I will look forward to hear from you.
Yours faithfully,
Kriti Khanna
