Dear sir/madam,
I am a member in your local club and my membership number is 159852. I am writing this letter to discontinue my membership.
I have registered in the gold one for three months which gives me many privileges. this allows me to attend all classes including dancing, yoga and kick boxing. Besides, I can use the swimming pools all weekdays and practice in the gym with a private trainer for me. $ 1000 a year is the cost for getting this type of membership and I have already paid part of them.
Unfortunately, I will leave the town next month so I cannot make a good use of its benefits. As I paid around $750 and enjoyed these advantages for just one month. I would like to refund a part of my money because I will not come back to the city again. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
I look forward to your prompt reply before the end of April because I will move in the first of May.
