I am a platinum customer of A2 broadband connection, and I have been using it for the last 5 years. I am writing this letter with regards to the recent network issue currently been faced by my people and I.
For the last couple of weeks, there has been up and down with the internet connection causing no access to the internet, and also in the remaining times, the speed of the connection is unstable.
Let me explain you in more detail, firstly, because of this issue our community is undergoing serious setback, for example, there are students having their exams in next week are unable to stream their video lecture due to the poor speed. Lastly, household employees are also facing the hassle by not able to complete their daily work since there is a downtime issue.
Having said that, It will be great that, if your company can help us to overcome this struggle by replacing with a set of fibre cable with copper one in our society, however, we are ready to support any extra cost to accommodate this new cable.
