Dear Mr. Mate,
I am writing this letter to inform you about the spilled garbage from your apartment into my apartment.
In every morning, we find the piece of foods at balcony and we are really fed-up cleaning the same repeatedly. Initially we thought that birds or mouse might be leaving the food in my balcony but my wife informed me last Sunday that some your family members throw the food openly in garden area of the apartment and sometime times it fell in my balcony as well.
We have been experiencing this problem for last two months and in fact I made a complaint to estate manger about the incident last month and requested to search the responsible person. Though, estate manager observed the premises, could not find the cause as he work in day hours and I believe that some of your family members might be littering it in dawn.
Since this is a grave violation of apartment norms, I would request you to take immediate action. First of all, you may instruct your family members to not to waste any food as it causes unhygienic environment in society. Also, all the litters should be placed in right bin box so those municipal departments process it properly. In addition, all the electronic waste should not be placed in bin at any cost as it may cause blast if exposed to sun-light.
I am looking forward to hearing from you and resolve this problem at the earliest.
