Dear Mr. Agustus,
How are you? I am writing to bring your attention to the noise comes from your house every other night, between 11pm to 3 in the morning. I assume, this loud music plays from your son's bedroom on the 1st floor.
I have heard this music since last summer and tried to avoid giving it any attention. but since my exam will take place in couple of months, I need to concentrate on study and I do not have any option but to ensure sound sleep, so I can wake up fresh for long hours of classes every morning. I have tried to keep the windows and doors closed to keep my house quiet, but the music is too loud and I often struggle to fall asleep.
At this situation, I would suggest you to turn down the volume after 10.00 pm. Also, you can consider to renovate your son's room to make it sound-proof. One of my friend has a sound studio and he made his studio sound-proof all by himself. If you are interested, I can put you in touch with him and he would be able to help.
I hope you will take necessary action soon.
