Dear Sir,
I am Rajesh Agarwal, a passenger who traveled by your flight AG-410 from Jammu to Patna on 24th March 2019. The intention behind this letter to bring your attention towards the rude attitude of one of the air hostess on the same flight name Shaiya.
Actually, I was not feeling well on the flight and therefore had requested for medicine to her. First, she asked me to wait for a few minutes as she was in the middle of executing someone's else request which is understood to me. Afterward, she got occupied with another passenger's request which clearly came later my request. And she replied very rudely that I should learn to wait when I reminded her politely for the medicine. What was worse was that she never gave me the medicine on a three-hour flight despite a couple of reminders.
I request you take appropriate action against her. She not only behaved in an unprofessional manner with me but with other passengers too. Therefore, she definitely need a lesson on the right behavior and attitude towards customers. I would really like to hear back from you on the action you have taken in this regard.
