Should developing countries concentrate on improving industrial skills or should they promote education first?

Industrial era was begin in 18 century by British because of mass requirement of goods and day to day requirement of household items. Some people says education are the main reason why men started an era where goods were produce in mass production. Other says industrial skills do not required any education it require labor who work hard to achieve goals. In my Opinion, education are required for industrial skill.

Firstly, There is a reason why 18 century was so important in Britain era were all the world was in poverty and war. Britisher were improving their education competitively. By educating themselves they not only conquer half of the world but also better their economy by improving their industrial skills, Because world needs more goods as they where conquering the world. This is why they are the pioneer in the industrial era.
The reason they became worlds finest industrialist because they where advance in knowledge they know what tools are used best in the industries.

Secondly, But in now days mechanical labor are taking place of human labor but there are sometimes where mechanical labor crashed and stop work. In case human repair these mechanical labor so it can work properly again. It is possible when human labor are educated enough to repair robot labor.

The bottom line is education is important because by educating employee they can use their skill in fullest and beyond the imagination. This is how human has survive so far from the beginning of time.
