Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing in connection with some issue which I have faced during my current stay in your hotel.
I arrived at the hotel two week ago. Unfortunately, the air company had lost my backpack with my credit cards, wallet and a laptop and, moreover, they had not been able to solve the problem on the spot. I could not even imagine what I should do with my problem, because I was left without any money in a big city. This situation influenced negatively on my phisical and emotional condition. I phoned the hotel and one of the staff members was so friendly and tried to support me. Then he lawd a mercy and offered to take a taxi and paid for that after my arrival at the hotel. Two days ago the airlines found my luggage and I am going to another destination. However, I would really appreciate it, if you could transfer my little gift to that member of personel which will be attached to this package as well as my best regards.
