Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to bring some issues related to garbage collection system to your attention. In recent months we have not been provided by an appropriate system. The lack of responsibility of workers has been caused some serious problems in our neighborhood.
Firstly, garbage collectors do not come at regular time. They announced that every day garbage will be collected at 10 pm, but most of the time they come earlier at 9. As a result, we have to tolerate the rubbish in front of our apartment until their next coming. In addition to this, they are incompetent, impolite and noisy.
My neighbours and I really suffer from their bad time management and rude behavior. I remember once one of woman’s garbage stayed there for approximately one week. One of our neighbours nearly became to fight with them because their bad behavior and laud laughing scares the children. Patient in our apartment are suffering from these kinds of aggressive actions.
Actually, we prepared a complaint letter and I sent it to the system but unfortunately nobody cared about it as we have not experienced any differences. I humbly request your consideration in order to change this situation.
