To begin with, the machine has worked properly for almost three years; however, it started producing tremendous noise since last week that is giving us a hard time to sleep. The problem is not only affecting my quality life but it is also bringing different challenges that affect directly my work because I am working at home. I am unable to focus on my job while the garbage collection keeps making the uncomfortable noisy sounds.
This ongoing issue is occurring for more than one week, but it seems there is no one taking care of this. Therefore, I request to send a technician to our location in order to investigate root cause and to fix the issue by this Tuesday, so residents and I who are living in Cedar Street can maintain a good life.
