I am writing this letter to inform you that your bus quality is declining day by day. My colleagues are also facing the same issue.
Firstly, the Air condition in bus is not working properly. After complaining several time to the driver, the problem has still not resolved. It is so suffocating without the air pass, one person yesterday vomited due to suffocation and had to be taken to the hospital.
Secondly, the driver doesn't go to the desired route everytime. He takes the route as per his choice and many times leave the passenger in between the way, full payment is charged by the driver and has to pay extra for the taxi.
Many complaints have been made to the management, still the problem has not been solved.
I would like you to take some action against them and do the needful.
