Dear Sir/Madam
I am writing this letter to pay your attention towards inconvenience caused by your transportation company in Manurewa Region in the morning time.
Most of the people do commuting in that time for their job or study but from the last two weeks it is seen that buses are not arriving on time. It is creating a problems in everyone’s daily routine. Moreover, the condition of buses are becoming worse like these are not properly clean and maintain which directly impacts the reliability of people on these services.
I am working as a teacher in school. I have to reach on time but due to inconsistent timing of buses I am reaching late from last couple of weeks Which affects my professional work. It usually takes one hour from Manurewa to reach Auckland. Therefore, bus is only way for me for commuting.
I would like to suggest that Please check on the timing schedule of the buses . Also, weather your employees are performing their duties well. It is recommended that there should be a team which look after the maintenance of public transport.
I hope you will pay attention on this matter.
