Not only do the new drivers arrive very late to the park, they also spend time cleaning and arranging head rests on the seats, wasting valuable time.
This unprofessional act not only makes me arrive at the office very late, but has also made me receive multiple queries from my supervisor. Infact, just yesterday, I was given an official warning letter from our Human Resources Department to either improve on my lateness or be faced with a possible termination of my appointment.
I would be grateful if you could kindly speak to your drivers as the manager. Firstly, reorienting them about the importance of being early to their duty post and secondly, informing them about how their nonchalant behaviour is costing your passengers so much discomfort and stress. Should they refuse to improve, I would like to suggest that they be changed or made to face punitive measures.
