Dear Sir,
I am Satpreet Singh resident of New Town Hall area and I writing this letter on the behalf of New Town hall residence association to bring an issue to your notice, which we are facing for the last week.
Let me explain the problem in the detail. As you might be aware that last month city council has issued grant to construct new concrete road in New Town Hall area and the budget was released for Road no. 10. However, contractor dumped all the constraction material to the site but so far no work has been started and due to this it become all mot impossible for nearest residents to move out for their houses.
I would like to request you that please look this matter in an urgent basis. Because, monsoon is predicted at the month end, and in case the road work would not completed, rain might delay the constraction work two months util the winter season.
Hope you will take appropriate action on this problem as soon as possible. I have attached the photograph of the site for your reference.
