There is a public event coming up in your town.
In your letter.

●say why you think he/she would be interested.
●suggest an arrangement to meet with him/her at the event.
Hello buddy! Hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits, It’s been so long that we haven’t met each other. I know about your dearly interest in dance. So here is a golden opportunity to showcase your talent in the same.
Pal, I wanted to let you know that there’s a Dance Fest to be organized next month from 5th April to 7th April at Oxford Square City which is just next to my apartment. This is going to be a three days long event which would be full of fun and frolic where one can enjoy participating in competitions and live performances of famous performers. Apart from the dance competition, there will be singing as well as acting concerts also.
Mate, as far as dance is concerned, it will be hosted by John Snow and would be judged by one of your favorite dancers Kate Prince. Not only the performances will be judged by such a renowned artist but also the top three dancers will get a chance to learn choreography from her. I must say this could be your life-changing experience. You may not get such a wonderful opportunity again.
Moreover, you can meet me directly on the inauguration day at my apartment and from there, either I or one of the volunteers will escort you to the event site. I will keep an extra pass handy for you to avoid the hassle of being in the queue. Also, don’t worry about the participation process, I would be more than happy to get you registered myself as I am part of the organizing committee.
Waiting to hear back from you about your participation.
Thanks
John
