Write a letter to manager about the important documents left in their taxi.
-Where did you left it?
-Why is important?
-What is in there?
Dear John,
I am writing this letter to inform you about the important documents, I forgot in one of your company's cab. Based on the invoice details with me, the taxi number is MH02BT1244 and Mr. Ramesh Kumar is the driver of the same.
The day before yesterday, I had an interview with one of the prestigious audit firm of the town in the morning. I booked cab from Dahisar to Andheri. I had with me all my important documents such as results of my college as well as of professional exams, reference letter of my employer and other photo id proofs. All these I has kept in black folder and that i kept on rear seat, and i sat in the front one, as there was heavy traffic because of the rush hour in morning, I reached a bit late so in hurry. I actually forgot to take folder, which i came to know when i reached the office. I came back to see the cab but it was not there. I request you to contact the cab driver as earliest, as all those documents are really important for me as those were original and required for further process of my Interview.
I have enclosed herewith the invoice copy and my contact details as well. I will be really obliged if i get my documents as soon as possible.
Yours Faithfully,
Bhavesh
