Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to express my concern regarding discontinuation in Air-Conditioned bus services.
I am resident at Hamilton street in Heathrow and I have to commute to central London for my work on regular basis. I would like to bring to your attention that recent changes made in your bus services has hindered my travelling convenience. As per the latest schedule updated by your department, Air-Conditioned bus services are no longer available during peak hours of travelling from Hamilton street to central London.
Due to the changes made in the bus schedule now I have to take Non Air-Conditioned buses which are too much crowded and which hampers our commuting comfort to the work. Many of the travelers on the same route have been complaining about the same. It Is not only affecting our journey comfort but also has let to consumption of more time due to less frequency of Non Air-Conditioned buses.
I would request you to take into account for all the discomfort caused in transportation modes for local public and restart services with Air-Conditioned buses. Looking at the peak hour timings, I would suggest your department to run more buses during office hours so that commuters can travel conveniently to their work place.
