Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to publish an advertisement about the global environment conservation meet organized by our NetGeo NGO team on upcoming weekend.
We have selected the community hall in city center as a venue for the event, which will lasts for two days, starting from Saturday 9 am. There are actually two parts of the whole ceremony, second one, which is tree plantation is held at the barren ground on North-East Street. Since it is in the center, accessibility by transport should not be any problem and most people can attend it as it is organized on weekends.
The whole event is intentionally kept on weekend to attract the most crowd possible because spreading awareness to general public is one of our motto. It is not compulsory to attend the ceremony on both days, people can participate on their will.
The main agenda of the meeting is to identify sustainable approaches to reduce poisonous gas emission, which is a major cause for pollution. Prominent environment activists and professors from all over the world are attending the meet to contribute in this noble cause, it would certainly a cherry on the top if locals are encouraged to participate enthusiastically.
