Dear sir,
I am writing this letter to bring to your notice that I am applying for a job in
a company. I need to provide a reference letter to the company. My wish is that
you give a reference letter for me. The reason behind this is that you have
observed me very closely throughout my graduation and postgraduation. You also
know the capabilities of me and how I can handle the critical situations very
well. You will refer me because yo know that I can perform my duties on time and
up to the mark.
As I have done my graduation and postgraduation in computers, I am applying for a
job as Data operator in a private company. My whole studies after senior
secondary school is in computers, so I am getting the opportunity to start my
career in that field.
I have a proficient user of computers. Also, job's requirement is to have good
knowledge of a particular database management software. I had used this
particular database management software for my final project. I know the
technicalities of this software and I will easily understand the whole process.
