Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to bring to your notice that yesterday there was a small get together in my neighborhood, due to which the whole street was littered, causing a lot of inconvenience to the other people residing in the area. Although the hosts had arrange for garbage bins, but due to the lack of public manners, many of them did not use it, resulting in collection of garbage all around.
The leftovers of the food has made the place messy and releases a pungent smell which has become intolerable for the neighbors. Apart from this, the disposable stuff used for eating has also not been cleaned properly becoming a eye sore for the surroundings.
The one solution to this problem that comes to my mind is that a public official can be deputed, who could take necessary action and penalize the people responsible for such an irresponsible behavior, besides getting the area cleaned much to the relief of the other neighbors.
