Dear Mr. Thompson,
I am writing to make you aware of a technical problem with my workstation which is affecting my productivity since last two days.
As the Information Technology department updated all the workstations in the premises to the latest Windows 10 edition which was exactly two days ago, my computer system abruptly shuts down multiple times a day; when I restart it a blue screen appears on the monitor and then everything seems to be normal.
Since my system shuts down numerous times without any prior notification, I am unable to save my work, eventually carrying out it again that is making me counterproductive. The work which used to take me 2 hours is now taking me 3 or more hours because of this blue screen of death error.
Because our in-house computer technician is not available at the moment, I would like you to arrange a third-party technician who could come and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
