Dear Sai,

I would like to inform you that 'Santoor' advertisement shoot is not yet completed which is a high priority task as we discussed on last week.

As you knew that our agency is a one of the promisable agency in the city. We usually do deliverables on time which is a major factor for customer had a positive feedback on us. On last month, I assigned you a "Santoor" promotion which I was expected to complete by this week. But, I heard that it is partially done. I am really disappointed about you work. This is not a first time about you performance.

Customer is expecting to finish complete shooting as soon as possible. We already delayed for a week. I got a lot of escalation emails from high authority team as well. So, I am expecting you to finish the task by end of this week or else we have to give a proper explanation to them which is really bad impression to our team.

Please feel free to contact me if you are facing any issue. Thank you.

Yours sincerely,
