Dear mr. Johnson,

I am Harry martin working as a software engineer with your organisation from last seven years. With due respect, I am writing this letter to thankyou for offering us an opportunity to learn chinese language as a part of employee empowerment program. I and my colleagues enjoyed the course thoroughly.

Initially, we all thought this course as an extra-burden but eventually we started loving it. The trainer Mr. Xiang is incredibly smart he related the language with our native language and used various pictorial illustration that made it possible for us to learn so quickly and easily.

On behalf of all the trainees, I request you to arrange an intermediate course of the same language. it would be truly beneficial for us to communicate interactively with our chinese clients and may further improve our productivity.
This institute also offer on-site training program, this way we could attent chinese classes at our conference hall and at a convenient time. I believe it would be great, if these thirty minute classes are held twice a week that could complete the course in two months. It would provide comfortability to the employees and also more number of employees could enroll and take benefit out of it.
Once again, thankyou so much for this great learning opportunity and I hope you consider our request seriously and talk to higher management for the approval of same.
Hope to get a positive revert from you soon.

Yours sincerely
Harry Martin.
