Hope you are doing splendidly. I am Nav Kaur, a new tenant of your apartment 16-C. I have been living in your apartment from the last three months. I am writing this letter to express my discontent regarding the furniture that you have provided as a part of rental agreement. The condition of some furnitures are so deplorable which makes me fretful as well as peevish. I am hoping that you would take necessary measures to tackle the issue.
As is seen in rental specifics, all the furniture s have to be functional and in good condition, while i have found it substandard and imperfect. The legs of dining table seem shaky and it produce creaking sound when we have a food on table. Besides, the air conditioner is not working properly and we are suffering from unbearable hot weather. On the top of it, the temperature of refrigerator occasionally falls. Consequently, we face spoilage of food from time to time.
I would highly appreciate if you could kindly either fix them or replace them as soon as possible. You can imagine that how awful it is to live in such a miserable situation. I request you to take some actions urgently.
