I hope you are doing well. I am your tenant from 308 Tri start homes and I am writing this letter in concern with the damaged dining table. I hope you might aware that it has broken leg and one of the chair is missing.
You agreed that, you will replace it with the new set of dining table and chairs soon. However, it is been 4 months since I have shifted to this apartment and I do not see any movement from you. As you know I have 2 kids and a wife living with me, it becomes difficult to sit together for dinner on table with 3 chairs. Also, there is always a risk of food getting spill over due to imbalanced table legs.
I hope you will consider my problem and provide the suitable solution as soon as possible. In my opinion, if a new table set is extremely costly then you can also help us with carpenter who can repair this broken furniture.
