Dear Mrs. Belish,
I am Anna Flo, your tenant staying in house number 5, Kingsley road, London. My intention to write this letter is to draw your attention towards the condition of some of the furniture piece in your apartment. Firstly, i am very much thankful for renting such a beautiful house in a short time, but however there are certain things that needs to be fixed and replaced which i am enlisting below.
The heater in the living area is broken and this makes the home very cold at night, so i want you to look into this and help in getting it repaired. As you are aware of the weather, i hope you would help us to do the required work as soon as possible. Another problem that we are facing is the garage shutter, it is not staying up, when we want to move our car. This is creating a lot of problem as some one hast to stand there holding it up till one moves the car.
I would really appreciate if you could help in making the required things right sooner, as it gets very difficult for us to adjust with these faulty things. I will be waiting for your reply.
Thank you
Yours Truely,
Anne Flo
