Dear sir,
I am writing to request you to print about the regular social gatherings starting from next week in your newspaper which will involve members from diverse geographical backgrounds the main purpose of this is to encourage people to understand and respect each others culture and heritage
The meetings will take place on first Saturday of every month at the hotel 'Caravan' during lunch time. However, kindly mention that the very first meeting will be conducted on 24th July at the extravagant event 'Oorja'. Although the registration for the same will remain open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. the gathering will start at 7:00 p.m.
this meeting will involve a number of exercises in order to attain its objectives. Firstly, every month a member will be chosen to narrate his or her tradition, rituals, and festivals. Thereafter, a group discussion will commence vis-a-vis the problems faced by them in this Cosmopolitan City followed by lunch. There are many more activities which I have planned, but it will take time to implement them.
