I am writing this letter to inform you about a social gathering which will be organised by me in the area of Central park. A favour is required from your end to publish this meeting agenda in your newspaper.
Let me brief you about the agenda, main idea behind this meeting is to gather people from different nations, where we can all communicate and share our thoughts. I have planned this gathering to be held every first Sunday of the month. In every meeting all the members will be provided with either a tea or a coffee along with snacks. My motive to start such group, is to solve problems which are faced by people from different nationalities in a foreign land. Here, we can all sit together and address our issues and concerns to each other, and hopefully someone will have either faced the issue in past or can provide assistance of some kind. In every meeting we will have a cultural program which will be performed by local people to enlighten about their culture to everyone. The meeting will be concluded with the suggestions and any impending issues to be taken forward, all will be written down and an action plan will be in motion.
The First meeting will take place at Raddison blu Grand hall, located at central park. The date to remember is 7th of July and meeting will commence form 11:00 AM.
