Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to inquire about a recent opening of waiter at your restaurant. I want to apply for the post and would like to meet you in person to discuss more about the prospect.

Currently I am working at Nick's Joint as a waiter and has held an experience in this field for 3 years. My earlier workplace include the greats like Taj, Four Seasons and The Mariot. I hold a diploma certificate in hotel management and work extensively with varied restaurants of different cuisines. My career highlights include being a head waiter at the Taj and has received certificate of excellence along with employer of the month at Four seasons. I am proficient in English and has good communication skills which are utmost required skill for the job. Happy to work in shifts and provide guidance to new joiners.

Usually my work timings are from morning 10 to evening 6 after that i am free for an interview and would like to share more details at our meeting. Looking forward to hear from you.
