Dear Mr.Sharma,
I am writing this letter to ask for a time off for a recent course in Data Science which i have started and would like to complete it with your help. As you are aware that trend in analytic is changing rapidly therefore i want to be future ready which will help me and our company. The course duration is three months which is already completed but there is an exam scheduled to pass the course and i needed a week off time to clear and receive my certificate.
To compensate my unavailability, i would be delighted to work on weekends and extend some time from regular days to meet the gap. Along with this I will also provide initial training to our team in filed of data science and will create a self learning module to help everyone.
After receiving my certificate i can provide a deep insight to the data which we have collected over past several years which will help us to attract more customers. With the analysis at our disposal our company can target customers according to their specific needs which will increase our revenues. Even in my current role as a Team leader it will help me to devise new methods of work which will benefit my team and create transparency of data throughout the system.
