I am writing this letter to express my interest in being a part of social event. I am gurjeet kaur one of your participate in the training session and feeling so excited about it. I came to know about that you are looking for a social event organiser. I feel very fortunate that you are giving this opportunity to us as I have organised many events before so I would like to suggest my name for this responsibility.
I would like to request more information about the social event like how many events will be there in the programme , what will be the schedule of the events. Further consideration will be your expectation and preferences like what kind of food, decorations, infrastructure etc. you will opt for these events.
Further, I like to share my experience in this field. I have organised many formal and informal events of our company. Also, I have been the part of major social events in our cities and worked under one of reputed organiser Mr. Singh in my free time. To be more specific, I have evidence of my work. I have a pen drive of my work which I loved to show you.
I hope you will consider my name on the basis of my capability and quality of work.
