You are going on a short training course at a collage in Green mount, Northern Ireland. You need somewhere to live while you are there.

Write a letter to the accommodation officer at the college. In your letter,

explain your situation

describe the accommodation you require

say when you will need it

Dear Sir,

My name is Vishal Bhat, I am one of the selected candidates for the short course in your college. I am writing this letter to seek accommodation near the college from the 7 months. I do not have any contact in the city for that reason, I request you to provide valuable information about hostels or cottage in nearby areas.

I am looking for the separate single room with washroom attached. If the kitchen is available that will be more convenient. More important the pets should not be in the house as I have allergic to dogs or cats. Walkable distance from the college will be a great option, still, I can manage if the location is a little far.

Although the course is starting from 3rd July and it will finish on 30th November 2019, my ticket for Ireland from India are booked for 20th June. Therefore, I request you to look for a period of 7 months.

I hope you will not have any difficulty in helping me and I will be really grateful to you.

Yours sincerely,

Vishal Bhat
