Thanks for offering to assist me in finding a house in Victoria Island. When this transfer came, I felt miserable and needed someone who lives in the city and understands it very well to guide me. In addition, I have had experience living in a compound with two many tenants and would want that no more. My preference is for an apartment with no more than six flats within the compound. The building must have adequate security and will be safety compliant too. The apartment should have two or three bedrooms with two exit doors - one in the kitchen and another in the living room. I am also constrained by budget and will love something within two million naira, inclusive of all charges.
