I am writing this to let you know that I am unhappy with my current living conditions. New campus restaurant's noise has become intolerable for me. It is making me impossible to study. I hope you will consider my situation favorably.
Let me explain my situation. The problem started prior to three months ago when the new campus restaurant was opened near university residence. It is open late at night and its loud music makes hard to sleep and concentrate on my study.
I would like to propose some ways to reduce the noise. Firstly, campus authorities should put up some signs reminding users to considerate. Secondly, restaurant timings should be restricted to 11 PM. These are simple steps which will make us all grateful.
