Dear Sir or Madam,
I'm writing this to let you know that I have recently flown to New York from your airport on Saturday's evening. My flight was quite good but I'm really disappointed with the services provided by the airport.
Let me explain my situation. My flight timing was 1:00 AM and I reached at the airport at 12:30. Firstly, the parking area is far from the departure gate and doesn't have enough trollies for passengers to move their luggage from parking to the departure gate. This took me half an hour to brought my luggage from the parking area to departure gate. Secondly, the food at the canteens was not hygienic.
I would like to suggest as a regular traveler, Airport management should provide more baggage trollies so the passengers could move their luggage without the hassle and food inspection should be done on regular basis. I hope you will consider my suggestion favourably.
