You are moving to a new country, write a letter to the accommodation agency to rent a house.
In your letter, describe:
• yourself and your family
• which area you would like to live in
• and what facilities you need in the house

Dear Sir,
I am writing in reference to avail your services for renting accommodation as I will be moving to Singapore next month. Let me explain in detail.

My name is Saud and I work as a Solution architect with "ABC consulting" in India and my family consists of my wife who is presently working as a sourcing consultant. Since my employer has been awarded a project with a bank in Singapore hence I have been asked to relocate to Singapore, therefore, we would need a two-bedroom accommodation. Although I have shortlisted many posh localities in the city centre however I would like to live at the outskirts of the city in areas like woodlands as the rents are much cheaper.

Lastly, the apartment we are looking to rent should be located inside a gated society with 24 hours security and modern amenities like swimming pool, gymnasium and a club. Additionally, the condominium should have a pick and drop facility from the nearest subway station as it will address our commutation problems.
looking forward to your response.
Yours sincerely
Saud
