Dear Sir or Madam,
My name is Behnaz Yousefi. I have completed my immigration process to Canada and I am looking for housing accommodation. I am a software engineer and have secured a job in the city center near the municipality building. I would like to rent a studio apartment. Since It is only me, I have no family, I would like to save money as much as possible.
As my workplace is located in the urban area, I would rather live somewhere nearby. In addition, I am a light sleeper and even the slightest noises disturb me so I like to rent a house in a quiet neighborhood. Therefore, I do not think I can find a place in the walking distance of my office. I am used to long commutes as long as it is less than one hour is fine with me.
I am looking for a fully furnished house, with all necessary kitchen appliances such as a food blender and a microwave. I prefer to take baths instead of showers hence I want a bathroom equipped with a bathtub. However, I do not need a parking spot since I do not have a valid driving license and I am not planning to buy a car in near future.
