You are part of a group of musicians who meet on Monday and Wednesday evenings to practise in the community hall You have been told however that it is no longer possible for the group to use the hall Write a letter to the manager of the community hall In

Dear Sir or Madam,
I hope you are doing well!
I am writing this letter on behalf of all the group members regarding our practicing sessions in the community hall. We are a group of musicians that is named Rose. We gather in the hall every Tuesday and Friday to prepare for the next season of AGT that will start in the next few months. However, we have been told that no longer hall is available on those two days due to an theatre show that is going on.
I understand that Community Centres must give the priority to activities that have beneficial effects on the society. Let me explain how we fulfill this goal. All of us are young adults who have been working very hard for years to improve and achieve high levels of music. As you are no doubt aware, AGT is a famous talent show that will draw attention in all over the world and performing there can change our life. I believe the most important goal of each community is to provides this opportunity for all of people especially those who are economically weak, to grow and become successful people who can stand on their own feet.
We can clear our schedule and make free up time whenever the hall would be available. However, evenings and weekends are more convenient for us as we are working during the day.
Thanks in advance for all of your support. I look forward to hearing from you.
Your Faithfully,
Masoud
