Dear Jain

hello! How are you? Long time since I have heard from you. Hope you and your family doing good. I still remember the time we spent together last year for Christmas. Here is a good news that I want to share with you. I have a training program to attend in Houston from the 28th of this month to 2nd of November.

The training centre is located in Bills Road which is just a few kilometres from your house so I would appreciate it if I could stay at your residence during this time. I think this will be an excellent opportunity for us to share some quality time together and you can show me around the place as well.

You need not worry about my personal expenses and would like you to accept a nominal fee for my stay as I will be reimbursed by my organization anyway. Also I will not feel uncomfortable staying for free, especially since this is an official trip.

Waiting for your reply. See you soon.

Take care

Regards

Alice
