I am writing to bring to your attention to the non-availability of hot water in the washroom and the problem we flat mates are facing in our daily routine.
We are six tenants living in your apartment rented for the last two years. We have never been given a chance to complain about our accommodation except the provision of hot water from the last month. I am a student at St. Mary’s English language school in Brighton which is quite far away from this apartment. My other roommates also have to travel too far to their destinations daily. When we come back, we are deprived of hot water in this bad cold weather. This would make all of us very frustrated because of the freezing temperature of water. It is very kind of you to bring a plumber last week but all his efforts were in vain.
I would suggest you to contact another plumber who can resolve this matter otherwise we would have to find another accommodation.
