How’re you buddy? Actually, through this letter I would like to invite you on my friend’s surprise birthday party.

As you know her, she is very intelligent girl of our class. But now these days I observe, she is mostly sad all the time due to her mother’s health. Further, she would like to stay at home after classes. Hence, I would like to through a party for her to make her rejuvenate.

I know many of our classmates are from overseas and not aware about the area of our city Patiala. Owing to this, birthday party is organized at our English language school on 10 November. So that everyone will easily reach at birthday party without harassment.

I already took permission from our class in charge to put some decoration things. Moreover, I suggest you to bring decoration material such as balloons, artificial flowers to make our classroom beautiful for her birthday celebration. See you at 10 November at 8 o’clock at our class to make all the arrangements.
