Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a pass holder passenger of your bus company and a Platinum bus club member. I am writing to complain about the bus which I take daily from sector 17 to Zirakpur.
The bus I took having a route number 212. Not only, the bus is always late in the morning by 15 minute but also in evening it is full of crowd. Therefore, some people complaint is that their valuable items are missing.
These problems are affecting my performance in the office. Because I always late for office and my boss humiliate me in front of the all my colleagues. So, I cannot focus on my work and it cans my career. Moreover, someone snitches my vault in the bus in evening and I lost my documents and also some cash.
If you allow me then I would like to suggest you some solutions. Could you please install GPS system and CCTV cameras in all your buses to track the location? If you do so then, the driver definitely follow their time tables accordingly. Further, CCTV cameras are helpful to find the person who snitches the personal belongings of passengers. I would appreciate if you take immediate action on these problems.
