Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a pass holder passenger of your bus company and a Platinum bus club member. I am writing to complain about the bus which I take daily from sector 17 to Zirakpur.
The bus I take having a route number 212. Not only, the bus is always late in the morning by 15 minute but also in evening it is full of crowd. Therefore, some people complaint about the loss of their valuable items.
These problems are affecting my performance in the office. Because I always late for office and my boss humiliate me in front of the all my colleagues. As I cannot focus on my work and it may affects my career. Moreover, someone snitches my vault in the bus in evening and I lost my documents and also some cash.
If you allow me then I would like to give some solutions. Could you please install GPS system in all your buses to track the location? If you do so then, driver definitely follow their time tables accordingly. Further, CCTV cameras are helpful the find the person who snitches the personal belongings. I would like to request and immediate action for these problems.
