I am writing to bring your kind attention to some difficulties currently I am facing at my staying in the hostel.
I have been given a shared room where three other students are already living and they are doing a different course. It has become tough for me to concentrate on my studies because my roommates make noise and arrange small party in there very often.
As I am here for a short practical course on genetic engineering I believed I would be provided a single room in a calm environment for the betterment of my studies. Even I was informed from my institution that accommodation will be arranged as per my preferences.
If the condition going like this, I will fail to achieve my goals. In this regards, my humble request to you please take immediate measures for shifting me to a single bed room.
