I am writing this letter to address the difficulties facing in the accommodation you have provided for the 3Dmax crash course.
Firstly, i would like to mention the air condition inside my room is not working, due to which the room feels suffocated by noon and have to leave open the window to get some fresh air. Secondly, by the evening, there are noise disturbance from the corridor and can hear children playing football outside my door. This is effecting my concentration in studies.
I was expecting to get an accommodation with better ventilation facility and environment friendly as mentioned in your advertisement. Atleast a quiet place could help me to maintain consistent concentration to studies.
Kindly request to repair the air condition to have a better environment to study and also request to address the corridor noise issue to the building management, so they could take necessary action.
