It was nice meeting you after a long time and thanks for the hospitality you extended by offering me to stay in your house during my business seminar.
While I left your home last Saturday, I accidentally forgot a file with some important documents in it. The file is kept in the third drawer of the computer table in the room I was sleeping. To describe, the file is red in color with plastic film on top with a name tag on top right which displays my name.
This file has some important documents like certificates and transcripts from my college, appreciation letters and awarding letter from my employers and some work experience letter from my previous work.
Please courier this file to me as soon as possible because my current employer is requesting for my previous work experience letter to update their records.
Next summer I will be visiting your city again and it would be purely for vacation, will make sure to spend much time with you which we missed out last time due to my tight schedule.
