Good morning, I am writing this letter to request you for a leave in the next month.
As you know very well, I am working so hard from the last quarter to meet all the project deadlines. For about 10 hours a day, I am doing my tasks as well as helping other colleagues. Even weekends are not exceptions from the last month or so. We are also so much appreciated by the company higher officials for closing the project on a happy note.
After immense pressure, I would like to take an off now from my work. I wanted to go on a holiday so, please help me to approve the leave for next month. There are only 20 working days in the coming month as per the companies calendar. Hope you note down.
Regarding my outstanding work, I will knowledge transfer Steve all the scheduler's and ask him to cover pending tickets by updating the users promptly. He can always reach me through email if have any queries. Kindly excuse me for the delay may cause for the reply. Thank you for your support.
